Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately, within 24 hours, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly. Reach out to us at support@yofurn.com.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items). If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us at support@yofurn.com.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
