UK Delivery Information for Yofurn Products

At Yofurn, we're committed to providing our UK customers with a smooth and efficient delivery service for all your furniture needs. Here's what you need to know about our hassle-free delivery process:

Order Confirmation

  • Pre-Authorisation: When you place an order, your card will be pre-authorised, but no immediate charge will be made.
  • Availability Check: We will confirm product availability with our supplier to ensure immediate shipment.
  • Payment Processing: Once availability is confirmed, your payment will be processed, and your order will be dispatched. If any delays occur, such as an item being backordered, we will void the pre-authorisation and notify you.

Order Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: In-stock items are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Delivery is expected between 2-3 days, with a latest range of 5-11 days, depending on supplier availability.
  • Tracking Details: You'll receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don't receive tracking details within 6 working days, please contact us at info@yofurn.com.
  • Delivery Hours: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm (weekends by arrangement).
  • Delivery Instructions: Please inform us of any delivery obstructions and ensure the delivery area is clear. Pallet deliveries are typically curbside only, but special arrangements can be made upon request.
  • Signing for Delivery: All deliveries require a signature. Please inspect items upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 24 hours.

Delivery Dispatch Information

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times vary by location. Check product pages for specific delivery times.
  • Estimated Delivery Range: We provide an estimated delivery range when you place your order.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch.

Damage

Please inspect all items upon delivery. If an item is damaged, do not accept the delivery and promptly send clear photos of the damage to info@yofurn.com to initiate an insurance claim.

Return Conditions

You may return items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in a resellable condition, complete with all accessories, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us.

Access to Address

If the delivery vehicle cannot access your address, the goods will be returned to the dispatcher, and you will be charged for both the return and re-delivery costs.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellations: If you cancel an order after dispatch, you will be responsible for return costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Fees: Orders cancelled after 48 hours may incur additional fees.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: You have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange an item.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags and packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Return Initiation: Contact us at support@yofurn.com to start a return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind will incur delivery costs and a restocking fee.
